This Privacy Policy explains how Lemon X App (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game Screw Jammed (the “Game”) on Android and iOS. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information automatically when you use the Game:
- Device Information: device model, OS version, language/locale, screen size, crash logs, and mobile advertising identifiers (e.g., Apple’s IDFA on iOS and Google Advertising ID (AAID/GAID) on Android) where available and permitted.
- IP Address & Approximate Location: country/region inferred from IP for analytics, fraud prevention, and regional content/ads. We do not collect precise (GPS) location.
- Gameplay Data: session length, game progress, features used, in-game events.
- Ads/Analytics Data: ad impressions, clicks, completions, and performance metrics.
3. Platform-Specific Notes (iOS/Android)
- iOS (App Tracking Transparency): We only access the IDFA if you grant permission via the iOS tracking prompt. If permission is denied, we do not access IDFA and rely on privacy-preserving attribution (e.g., Apple’s SKAdNetwork); ads shown will be non-personalized or contextual where applicable.
- Android: You can delete or limit the Google Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization in system settings.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our partners may use SDK-based storage, cookies or similar technologies for analytics, security, crash reporting, and (where permitted) advertising measurement/personalization.

6. How We Use Information
- Operate and improve the Game and its features;

7. Your Choices & Controls
- iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to deny tracking permission for Screw Jammed or disable Allow Apps to Request to Track entirely. You can also adjust Apple advertising settings under Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Android: Go to system privacy/ads settings to delete the Advertising ID or turn off ad personalization.

8. Legal Bases (EEA/UK only)
Where GDPR applies, we process:
- Game operation, security, and analytics – legitimate interests or performance of a contract (providing the Game you request);
- Personalized advertising or certain analytics – your consent (where required). You may withdraw consent at any time via device settings or in-Game prompts.
9. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your information for money. Some laws may treat the use of identifiers for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising as a “sale” or “share”. Where such laws apply, you can opt-out via the controls in Section 7.
We may disclose information to service providers/partners (Section 5), to comply with legal requests, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
10. International Transfers
We and our partners may process data on servers located outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) are used.
11. Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, typically no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required by law. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
12. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We will respond to verified requests within the time required by law (typically within 30 days).
13. Children’s Privacy
The Game is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the Game or by other reasonable means. The revised version becomes effective on the date posted above.
